A NEW C0 THIRD-ORDER SHEAR DEFORMATION THEORY FOR THE NONLINEAR FREE VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF STIFFENED FUNCTIONALLY GRADED PLATES

Nonlinear free vibration of stiffened functionally graded plates is presented by using the finite element method based on new C0 third-order shear deformation theory. The material properties are assumed to be in thickness direction a power-law distribution. Based Von Karman theory and theory, nonlinear governing equations motion derived from Hamilton’s principle. An iterative procedure Newton-Raphson employed computing natural frequencies mode shape. comparison between these solutions other available ones suggests that this characterized accuracy efficiency.
